Start your days off moving that body.
Remember drinks lots of Water and keep that skin moisturized with Natural Food Grade Oils like Almond or Olive. I get a Gallon of Almond Oil on Amazon that lasts about six months to eight months. I use it in the bath or after a shower I put it on my entire body. I try to let it soak in. So I stand in the shower for a while.

I only dry my hair with a towel. I want my flesh to absorb as much as possible. Look at living humans and animals. Young or Healthy has moisture look. Aged and Illness looks dry.
Dry elbows crack and hurt.

Using products with poison isn’t the answer. Use natural food grade things your body can use.
