Art Night In
Cost $25 per person (cash only)
Audience: Adults with any range (or lack of) of creative experience! Travel Availability: Art Night In will travel with in a 30 minute drive from Chicopee MA. Any location from 35min-60min from Chicopee MA will require the guarantee of 25 guests, FIRM. If you book and Art Night in travels 35 or more minutes to your event and not all of your guests at
tend, you still owe Art Night In for all 25 people. Groups:
Evenings can be booked for a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 30 people. All payments made at the time of your event.
*The booked night is respectfully reserved for you when you ask for a date and receive a reply that the date is yours. This commits you to a $200 minimum to have an art night. If you CANCEL with in 7 days of your event you are responsible to pay for the $200 minimum. If Art Night In travels to your event and less than 8 guests arrive, you still owe the minimum of $200. Thank you for your cooperation. Availability: Art Night In is available to come to you on Friday or Saturday evenings. Time is flexible. Message the page for dates. The evening includes an art lesson of acrylic paint on canvas for you and your group. Art Night In provides 100% of the art supplies, set up and clean up. The host provides refreshments and snacks of your choice for your guests. The art lesson will take approx 2 hours including breaks depending on the group, please allow time for Sheila to set up and clean up. Your guests will go home with a whimsical painting they have created themselves! This type of night is set up to be a fun and social event combined with an art lesson. I bring a spirit of laughter, community and a great way to stay in and do something new! How about a couples night!? Cost $35 per couple where you both work on the same canvas. This includes a larger canvas than the regular Art Night In package. Couples painting is a hilarious way to enjoy date night! Birthday Parties: These events are geared STRICTLY for children age 7 and up. The birthday party costs a minimum of $150
For $15/child your little artists can paint on a 11x14 sized canvas. (10 child minimum)
For $25/child your little artists can paint on a 16x20 sized canvas! (6 child minimum)
Book these at least 2 months in advance so that Sheila can design a painting to go with your party theme! Fundraisers: call or message for info
Special Painting: If you have an idea for a painting that is meaningful to you and your guests, feel welcome to send a suggestion but please allow at least 6 weeks prior to your date for such requests. Looking forward to hearing from you! Already booked? Here are some tips for a successful event.
-Set up all tables and chairs before Sheila arrived to set up.
-Set up usually takes 30 minutes and is much easier if done before your guests arrive.
- Be sure your guests know that the cost is $25 cash
- send your final RSVP and painting choice to Sheila no later than 1 week prior to your event.
- Let Sheila know ahead of time if children will be a part of your party.
- Plan to consider your space when inviting guests. Each Guest needs approximately 3'x2' of table space.
-If you wish to request a specific theme,, send your idea to Sheila 6 weeks prior to your event.
