Then later in the weekend on Sunday from 11-3pm you can find us at the Drag Brunch at the Barn with 💕 we will be bringing the pole and lollipop Lyra to play on 🌈

Join us for the Art of Fire Fans & Fire Flow Alchemy ✨🔥 Led by the amazing Abigail 😍

Hey all 🌿✨

Yin Yoga Burn is happening this Saturday 5/23 from 6–8pm 💨💛

This is our canna•bliss-friendly yoga night designed for deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and full-body exhale.

We’ll begin with a juicy 60-minute Yin Yoga practice to help you melt tension, slow down, and reconnect to yourself. From there, we’ll ease into a 30-minute sound bath to let the body soften even deeper.

After class, we’ll hang out for our cozy snack-luck 🌙Bring a yummy snack to share and enjoy with the community. Simple, homemade, store-bought… all welcome ❤️

Expect:

Yin Yoga Burn returns
Friday 5/23 from 6–8pm 🌿✨

A cannabis-friendly yin yoga experience built for deep release, nervous system downshift, and intentional slowing down.

Students are welcome to bring their medicine onto the mat in a mindful and respectful way.
The goal isn’t to check out… it’s to tune in.
To feel more. Listen deeper. Soften the static.

The evening begins with a long-form yin practice led by Chelsea Smith (),
followed by a sound bath to help the body settle and integrate.
We’ll close the night with a cozy snack-luck, so bring a simple snack if you’d like to share 💛

Expect low lights, deep stretches, heavy exhales, good people, and that unmistakable post-yin float.
