My dear community, this month marks 6 years since I started working out my ideas to create this art school community with you. You have been with me every step of the way, & I am forever grateful for that.
As most of you know, I'm finishing up my last 2 months of grad school, and ilI'm calling on my community for your continued support of both children in our community, and me and my children.
I’m raising funds to offer 30 scholarships for kids from low-income families to attend summer art camps at my studio. These camps aren’t just about making art—they’re about building confidence, finding connection, and giving kids a space to feel seen, creative, and free.
At the same time, in my final two months of grad school (so close 😭✨), which means I’m stretched thinner than usual. This fundraiser is helping me keep this program going *and* supporting me and my family as I finish this huge chapter.
If you choose to give, you’re supporting something bigger than a camp—you’re helping a child access creativity and community, and you’re backing an artist-educator trying to build something meaningful right here.
To say thank you, I’ll be hosting a community celebration in June—celebrating graduation *and* 6 years of this studio growing with all of you 🥹 I hope you’ll come celebrate with me. I will be making 100 flower paintings, which will be on display in my studio. Each $100 donation will receive a flower painting from this project. There is no limit, and they would be so cute in sets. 🥰
