Congratulations to Carm's Beef & Italian Ice , voted Best Italian Beef at the inaugural Chicago Italian Beef Fest!

Since 1929, Carmโ€™s has been serving up a true taste of Chicago, and festivalgoers made their choice loud and clear. Thank you to everyone who sampled the beef, cast a vote, and helped make our first Peopleโ€™s Choice competition so much fun.

Trogo Kitchen & Market began as an online farmers market during the pandemic and has grown into a chef-driven culinary destination in Chicago's Green Exchange Building. Known for creative menus, locally inspired ingredients, and bringing people together over great food, Trogo is putting its own spin on a Chicago classic at this year's Chicago Italian Beef Fest.

What if we told you this Italian beef recipe has roots that go back to the 1930s?

Chef Ciccio is the latest concept from second-generation Chicagoland restaurateur Mario Ferraro, whose family says they've been serving their signature Italian beef recipe since 1935, before the sandwich became a Chicago icon. Today, you can find Chef Ciccio serving up that family tradition at Navy Pier.

Now they're bringing that tradition to the inaugural Chicago Italian Beef Fest at Jefferson Park!
