Itā€™s true - my art is archival and lasts longer than that bag of potato chips. It canā€™t feed your belly but can feed your heart. However, it CAN feed my belly as an independent artist. šŸ˜˜

I often get asked what inspires me as an artist. Itā€™s not all that difficult to answer though I think itā€™s interesting that I donā€™t use reference images when I sit down to paint.

My process is intuitive and guided by creative flow. My inspo is simple. Moments from everyday life.

I took this video summer of 2024, shortly after moving to Chicago. Iā€™ve since fallen in love with the beauty of this city.

This one is aptly named ā€œLake Michigan at Duskā€. Part of my summer celebration series release.

Opening night of my largest collection release ever.

If you are a fan of abstract landscapes, featuring vivid and energetic colors and compositions, youā€™re going to like my art.

My style is impressionistic, has lots of texture, movement, and layers. This is enabled by the textural mediums I use.

Each piece is nuanced and interesting and thereā€™s a lot of discover the longer you linger.

Statement pieces come in all shapes and sizes, and I have a lot of options of scale and price in this collection.

This new series will be featured at Fulton Street Collectiveā€™s ā€œ4 Wallsā€ exhibit on July 10th where there will be a collection of abstract art by four member artists (myself included!).

This new series was made with oil and cold wax, a beeswax medium, that retains amazing palette knife markings and visible layers.
