Eos Theatre Company Eos Theatre Company is committed to shining light into the darkness of the human condition by telling transformative stories.

We believe live theatre creates connection, community, empathy and understanding.

the Chicago Reader has entered the chat. 🗞️🔥

“Eos’s production ably draws out Euripides’s fury, training it on the rot in the system around us.”
The Reader calls our ensemble “fantastic” — and singles out:

as Hecuba

as Chorus — “a very real person” bringing heat and humanity to every moment
mastroianni as Cassandra — “luminous”

as Helen of Troy — “stomping into the space” and tearing the part to absolute shreds 🩸

Ancient fury. A women’s prison. ICE raids, wildfires, colonial rot. This is not a comfortable night of theatre. It was never meant to be.

We close April 18th at Bramble Arts Loft in Andersonville. Last chance. Link in bio. 🎟️

when ONE reviewer isn’t enough.

loved “The Trojan Women” by Caroline Bird so much they sent two critics. And we are choosing to take that as the compliment it absolutely is.

Sarz Maxwell calls it “thrilling” — and describes Eos as a feminist company “whose development is sure to beguile and invigorate Chicago for years to come.”

RECOMMENDED. 🔥

Four performances left. Ancient anguish, blazing and electric, live at Bramble Arts Loft in Andersonville.
