I just tried the new Red Hat Society website today. You have to reset your password to get on the new site. I had some problems receiving the reset email. I posted a comment about my problem on the Red Hat page. I tried again with another reset email and was able to create my new password and went on the new site. Only to find my chapter was not on there. When I tried to get on a second time, it would not accept the new password that I created. During this time I received a message from President Michelle Lee. I told her about the problems getting on with my new password and also the fact that my chapter had disappeared. She was very helpful. First she gave me another password to try, that didn't work, then she tried to log-in as me, and that didn't work. Then, she sent me a new reset email. So, I had to come up with yet another new password. Once I did that, I was able to get on and Voila! Our chapter's there again Yay!!! Not all our ladies are listed on my roster, but that's a project for another day. I'm so grateful to Michelle, I'm sending her a big Red Hat hug for the quick response, and all the lengths she went through to solve my problems. Bravo, President Michelle Lee 👏 💜❤️💜❤️
