And another amazing weekend of the Glenwood Ave Arts Fest is in the books! Many thanks to our sponsors, donors, artists, entertainment, and food/beverage vendors. A HUGE huzzah for the Fest volunteers- you made the magic happen. And to the fest attendees a sincere thank you for braving the heat to support your friends, family, and neighbors - by the community, for the community.

Last day of the Fest! Yesterday the stages were booming until the silly weather kept sending lightning bolts for special effects. Earlier yesterday The Tony French band played, and Frank caught up with them after their set. "Rogers Park, man" my fave line. Also, echo the shout-out to Fest volunteers! Full day of music starting at noon with WeeGroove and Oh God, Oh No! Myriad arts and artists await you, not to mention yummy food, drink, community, and conversation. See you there!
