A Feel Good Friday from the Mansion.

The Hand & The Eye has been named a 2027 Finalist for Best Design by The Banchet Awards. Our thanks to David Rockwell and Rockwell Group and Johalla Projects for a Mansion that still surprises us, and to every hand that helped build it.

Congratulations to all of this year's finalists, and thank you to The Banchet Foundation for celebrating Chicago's hospitality community.

About a year ago, my magician friend Chuck Gekas told me about The Hand & The Eye, a new magic production about to open in Chicago. After learning more about it, I was just as intrigued. Now open, we made plans to go together.
