THIS FRIDAY! July 17!

Oh, Hanukkah! Directed by Melanie Ann Apel

Four (4) actors needed:
Actors do NOT have to be Jewish to audition. Seeking actors of diverse backgrounds.
Three (3) actors to play kids (middle school) who then play adults to carry the story forward.
One older (40s-60s) to play teacher who becomes male lead. Teacher can be female or male but must be able to play convincing male.
Rehearsals 6:00-9:00pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays, starting October 1. No rehearsals November 28&29 (Thanksgiving). 2446 N. Clark Street

Performances take place at The Greenhouse Theatre, 2257 N. Lincoln Avenue.
Performances December 3-6: 6:30pm Th/F/S; 2:30pm Sat/Sun

Non-equity.
Small stipend.

Rosa Julia Campbell is an actor/singer/dancer from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who received her degree in Theatre with a concentration in Performance and Directing from Northwestern State University. Since then she has performed across the country. Some of her favorite shows include tick, tick, BOOM! (Susan, Canterbury Summer Theatre), Men on Boats (Goodman, Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts), Fiddler on the Roof (Tzeitel, Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre), and Spring Awakening (Adult Woman, point2productions). She would like to thank her family, friends, and her fiancé, Jesse, for their endless love and support!

This production of Marbled is written by Joseph Anthony Rulli, directed by Melanie Ann Apel, and features Chicago-area actors in the cast. Set in present times and in a large city, see Michelangelo’s life as it might have been: Witness the tensions between art & propriety, spirituality & religion, and self & society.
