Our composer showcases, Taxi Concerts, professional development sessions, and collaborations with local artists and community partners reminded us why new music is SO essential to Chicagoans.

Ear Taxi Festival opens on Friday, October 3 with ‘Lost Objects,’ a powerful contemporary oratorio by the Bang on a Can collective!

Chicago’s only classical music street fest is back!

Ear Taxi Festival is excited to be part of the Thirsty Ears Festival () August 23–24. For two days, Wilson Ave. (Hermitage → Ravenswood) transforms into a celebration of classical music from every era — with performances by stellar ensembles and soloists.
