MAGIC MONDAYS RETURNS on August 17 with The Chicago Mentalist Fred Zimmerman!

Fred is a respected Chicago actor who has spent over 25 years acting in National Broadway Touring Companies, at Regional Theaters, Stock Companies, and in theaters across Chicagoland, including Goodman, Court, Northlight, Porchlight, the Lyric Opera, the Oriental (now named the Nederlander), 18 productions at the Chicago Marriott Theatre, as well as Chicago's famed Auditorium Theatre. This Fall (2024), Fred will return to the Goodman Theater in the Pulitzer Prize-winning play, Primary Trust.

Fred also appears regularly around Chicagoland at clubs, corporate events, and private parties as Fred Zimmerman: The Chicago Mentalist.

In addition to theater, film, and variety, Fred can often be seen on the tradeshow floor, bringing brands to life with his unique brand of Interactive Mentalism.

MAGIC MONDAYS returns on August 17 with fan favorite Scott Green!

SCOTT GREEN graduated law school in 2009 and passed the Illinois Bar. That same year he was named one of the 100 best young writers in America. Naturally he became a magician.

Scott performs hundreds of shows a year—in person, virtually and on television. Credits include “Penn & Teller: Fool Us,” Steve Harvey’s talk show, team magician for the Chicago Bulls, and the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood.

Scott and his wife live in Chicago with their two children. He has been a contestant on five game shows, including “Who Wants to Be A Millionaire?,” “The Price Is Right” and “The Chase.”

MAGIC MONDAY returns on July 20 with special guest Music Director RYAN MIERA!

RYAN MIERA has been music directing professionally in Chicago since 2005. He's currently the music director for the mainstage at The Second City and is an alumni of their touring company. He's music directed for iO, pH, The Annoyance, ComedySportz, MCL, Baby Wants Candy and many other shows around Chicago. He's scored a feature film and is currently directing a documentary called Last Dance Of The Twentieth Century about the rise and fall of the 90s swing revival. His band, Yellow Pills, performs regularly and all their albums are available on all streaming platforms on Mint 400 Records.

We're pleased to welcome back JAMES SANDEN to the Magic Mondays stage on Mon, July 20!

Rumored to have performed for a celebrity whose name rhymes with George Flucas, delightfully charming and marginally handsome magician, James Sanden, combines astonishing comedy with hysterical magic in a show his mother calls "a colossal waste of potential."

James has appeared numerous times on WGN in Chicago, and has been featured at events for Subaru, Dominos, Disney, the Chicago Magic Lounge, and as second lobster in his 6th grade nativity play. MAGIC MONDAY RETURNS on July 20 with special guest host, Mister Danny!

MISTER DANNY is an award-winning magician AND a high school science teacher. In the magic world, “MISTER DANNY” has been doing magic since he was 5 years old. He is a regular fan-favorite at the Chicago Magic Lounge and performs for corporate events, private parties, and monthly for the University of Chicago Children’s Hospital. In the education world, Mister Rudnick teaches advanced high school chemistry in Evanston, and recently his master’s degree research study, “Use of Magic Tricks as Analogies in the Science Classroom,” was published in The European Journal of Mathematics and Science Education.
