Studio Momentum now has performance rentals available on Friday/Saturday nights! Perfect for your next improv show!

$70/night gets you our 29-seat space with our standard lighting setup (left/right/center/blue/reds/5-minute warning light for improv), a small dressing room, bathroom, and easy access from our parking lot.

Pendulum Space has is a 40-seat black box theater in North Center.

Regular prices are $85-$150, but if you mention "FBPS" when you email, you can get them for $65-$125. Literally no better prices anywhere in Chicago!

We have openings in our calendar for your next show, and the best rental prices in the city. Storage, wifi, free evening/weekend parking, and lots of upcoming availability.
