YSV Candles and Gifts We are a candle and gift store. We also host a variety of workshops. If you’re crafter and want a home to sell your products let us know.

We support local artisans by providing space to sell and showcase their handcrafted goods, offering an alternative location for them to distribute their unique creations. The goal of this business is:
* Besides selling Yo Soy Vella Candles I want to offer products MADE by artisans that take pride in their quality work while offering unique and one of a kind gifts.
* to offer GIFTS made by collecti

ve, diverse, small businesses that are local
* to offer support to small businesses and or individuals (whether its social media, taking pictures of products, etc)
* to also be A Third Place: (A third place is an anchor of the community and usually a public setting that hosts frequent and informal gatherings of people where we can collectively share knowledge that can help each business). We plan to host book clubs, walk clubs and a variety of events and classes by people with some level of expertise regarding their business and or experiences-do's and don'ts. We also want to mentor students about community and get them involved by pairing them with businesses. We hope to be a great addition to Garfield Ridge and surrounding neighborhoods and hope these vendors/artisan create a following to the point that they are comfortable with opening their own brick and mortar.

🚢 CRUISING CHECK-IN: What to Expect at the Cruise Port

If you’ve never been on a cruise before, follow along! I plan to record different steps along my journey so first-time cruisers can get an idea of what to expect—from arriving at the port to getting on the ship and everything in between.

First stop: Cruise Check-In! 🛳️

Think of arriving at the cruise port a little like arriving at an airport. Before you can board the ship, you’ll go through a check-in process.

Have these ready:
🪪 Your ID
🛂 Your passport or required travel documents
📱 Your electronic boarding documents (eDocs)

Just like at the airport, there may also be priority check-in/boarding, depending on your cruise status or accommodations, which can help you move through the process more quickly.

Once your documents are checked and you make your way through the required security and check-in steps, you’re that much closer to hearing those wonderful words…

Thank You for Supporting the Garfield Ridge Farmers Market! 🌻🥕🍅

Thank you to everyone who comes out to the Garfield Ridge Farmers Market on Saturdays from 9:00am-1:00pm.
Our vendors and our customers are the reason the market has been such a success this summer.

It’s exciting to see new vendors, new products, and new creations each week. One of my favorite things is seeing the smiles and reactions on customers’ faces when they discover something unique and see the incredible creativity our local vendors bring to the market.

A special shout out and thank you to for her time and efforts prior to the start of the market!

And a very special thank you to our farmers who consistently show up with fresh, locally grown produce. After all, we are a Farmers Market! 🌽🥬🍅
