A Joyful January Celebration of Dr. King and Chicago Sinfonietta

Dr. King believed joy and hope had the power to transform and this January, you can experience it live. 🎻✨

Join Chicago Sinfonietta for Soul Force, powerful tribute honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a tradition kept alive every January for nearly 40 years.

As our first performance since the start of our Strategic Renewal Period, this concert centers on the spirit of nonviolent resistance and the strength of community.

What to expect, led by Maestra Mei-Ann Chen:
Opening with Jessie Montgomery’s dynamic Soul Force, conducted by Guest Conductor and Freeman Fellow alum Lauren Smith
