Happy 18th Birthday/Anniversary Alliance Dance!!
Dancers, anyone know what piece this is from? Here's a few hints:
This piece was not only presented in our first show, it was one of the reasons for having the show to begin with. There are 3 parts, it's been done 3 times over the years, twice in full (2002 & 2013 for Kaleidoscope) and in 2007 only the first 2 parts.
2 very different and distinctive types of music were used. (Major hint alert: one I choreographed to a lot!)

On the verge of premiering a very, very, rough preview of my first dance with film. So much still to do but I am beyond excited to see what is done! I really didn't anticipate ever presenting this piece again, but it is already so much more than I imagined it to be!
"It Started with a Swan". Yes, it did but there is so much more :)

Happy Birthday Alliance Dance Company!! You may have started out as a little one weekend gig but you became the light of my life and the reason to get up and dance all day. Every time everything in my world changed I always had dance and amazing dancers to build and dream and create with. Wow did we have some amazing times! Even though we have been quiet this past year we have some favorites to present this month and some fantastic dancers as always.

What a weekend! X rolls and much more in choreography class Sat at Wilmington School of Ballet. Working on the Shipwreck scene for Little Mermaid. Today after only 1 rehearsal we gave a sneak peak of "No Alibi" at Cameron Arts Museum.
