دیکھ کے اس منہ زور جوانی کی منہ زوری
Dekh ke us mun-zor jawani ki mun-zori
مجھ کو اس کا توتلا بچپن یاد آتا ہے
Mujh ko us ka tutla bachpan yaad aata hai
Whenever I remember my own childhood,
I remember the childhood of a certain childhood love.
Watching the sheer unruly force of that headstrong youth,
I find myself remembering its lisping, stumbling childhood instead.
