Looking for some fun on the day off school? What's more fun than . . . doing laundry?! When Farmer Tarah is leading wash day using an old fashioned machine, everyone has a good time. Stop by the farmhouse today until 3 p.m. and give her a hand.

While you are at the farm, shop for pumpkins and other fall décor, visit the playground, and check out the exhibits in the Heritage Center. The grounds are open until dusk and the Heritage Center until 5 p.m.

First (and probably only) time on a first class carriage. Not to flex or anything, but we have the whole place to ourselves so I've been jumping back and forth between seats, baa-ing at the sheep and mooing at each and every cow we pass by. It clearly doesn't take much to amuse me. 😜
