Listen I’m trying to get to yall every Sunday but for now we’re calling this because I swear there aren’t enough hours in a day! This week will be easy because it’s salad week and I like to make every salad fresh each day!

Cobb salad is my favorite because you can pack it with so many things and still feel like you’re getting a complete meal! I always put my salads in huge bowls. Because I can usually eat lunch and dinner from one huge bowl.

Still ain’t do it Sunday night but nevertheless it’s done! This week is salmon and asparagus this is the best high protein dense quick meal for tasty meal prep. Of course during the day I’m eating fruit and raw veggies so even though the last meal look skimpy believe me I’m getting full! Plus I’m preparing my body to fast and the best way for me to do that is to taper down. Bon appetite!

I gained almost 20lbs during school and although I carry my weight well it’s more comfortable for me to be a smaller size especially because I am top and bottom heavy šŸ˜

It’s hard for me to jump right into a raw fruit and veggie fast after not doing it for a while so this is how I prepare my body for a fast.

Each week I meal prep a protein along with a veggie that helps with its absorption along with fresh fruit for breakfast and raw veggies for lunch

With regular exercise a 14 day raw food fast gives your body the reset and weight loss that makes you feel and look brand new!

Resting is your minds recovery time make sure you do your best not to burn out abandon that work work work mindset this year.
