One year ago today!! The West Town Chicago art walk weekend is finally here. This is the weekend us small business owners dream about all year long.

Hundreds of faces, both new and old, will wander up and down Chicago Ave and beyond. Admiring and investing in art. I'm thrilled and so curious to see which pieces will find their way into your homes and hearts this weekend. Eeek!!

We put a ton of work into making the event what it is - not just the 50+ participating businesses but the chamber of commerce too. Walking tours and free pedicabs are just the start.

Check out these artwalk throwbacks from last year (HOW was that a year ago?!) with the incredible Jason Brammer whose next level talent sent people into a tailspin. Man, did we have a blast hanging out all weekend or what!?!🤗

This weekend is a three day closing reception extravaganza for Anthony Lewellen solo show with a handful of new, never before seen pieces just added!

Plus, a very special Jodi Brownstein pop up from 12-6 Saturday and Sunday.

The weather is absolutely perfect and I look forward to seeing you all soon!

It's the ART WALK!!! Each year hundreds of art lovers stroll up and down these streets, exploring new spaces and discovering new (to them) artists.

We have so much incredible programming going on I don't know where to start!! First and foremost, don't forget, it's a MARATHON WEEKEND. 3 FULL DAYS OF ART WALKIN. So, do find the time to come on DOWN at some point.

Join us for the closing weekend Anthony Lewellen "Various Work" - I could not be more proud to exhibit Anthony on this exclusive and important weekend.

If you think you've seen it all, think again. We just acquired a handful of NEW PIECES to exhibit just for the Art Walk. Like this one!! We've removed several sold works and hung new and available pieces for the art walk event. "Mechanical Breakdown" is now available online and instore!

It's a beautiful Saturday here in West Town today. Crazy to think in just one week the art walk will be upon us!

Getting the shop ready for all the visitors that will be coming through and I'm pulling out our strongest pieces. "With the Tide" by Lie is one of those.

It just captures your attention and it holds it. That's real magic, if you ask me. Bold colors, subtle highlights, delicate elements of nature contrast with that that stark bold red line.

And then there's that negative space - instantly your eye is drawn to the top of the piece where you know what is supposed to occupy that space... Her helmet. Somehow the circular shape appears.

Like I said, magic! Or talent

It's FRIDAY Y'ALL 👏🏽

The Scientifically proven best day to and there are few more recognizable faces in art than this one... Vincent van Gogh.
