Self tracking live drums is not as easy as one may think. Why they use virtual drum programs and drum machines.
The set up, line checks, levels and having that room and gear.
The easiest part is when I am actually playing and recording the song off my own or a clients demo guitar scratch tracks synced off the click track.

The whole objective here is some solid playing, good mic levels and on the click.

No apps or virtual programs.
The real deal of creating music goes on right here. Alone. A true solo project that is always here and never breaks up.

The truth is this.
We write about life thru music
"for ourselves" first.
Sometimes we document it.
Sometimes we share it.
Sometimes, if lucky...it goes public and many can relate with it.
And sometimes no one will ever hear it.
Eitherway this is how musicians vent.
Its self therapy. Its part of who we are.

Been trackin some heavy stuff this summer. Lots of guitar work.
One track i call.."deceiptors and deceivers". There is another one that i am submitting to Witchslayer for the future planned release. Maybe it makes the cut.
