We are incredibly grateful to all the designers who carefully selected and placed each piece within their beautifully curated spaces in the Merchandise Mart Dream Room.

Inspired by the glamour and sophistication of Art Deco, this year’s Dream Home serves as a tribute to the Merchandise Mart itself. Designers transformed the showroom into a luxurious, dreamy urban penthouse layered with rich materials, sculptural forms, and timeless design.

In the James Thomas’s bedroom you are greeted with a large oil abstract painting by American Artist John Kazann. The art pairs perfectly with the bedroom’s lush tones of orange, green, and dark woods. It invites you in and captivates you.
