Our team thinks in the sixteenth of an inch. Every cleat spec’d to carry real weight. Every bracing run flush to its spanner. Every cabinet built to hold up — all on timelines that don’t always leave room for a second pass.

That level of precision is what lets thousands of people move through a space we built in days, without ever thinking twice about it.

Detail-oriented isn’t a personality trait here. It’s the whole discipline.

Full Court Health, presented by Glamour, GQ Sports, and Eli Lilly, returned for the WNBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago — and we got to build the space where it all happened.

A 24-foot entrance tunnel wrapped in matte vinyl with LED channel accents, the stage backdrop that hosted Caitlin Clark and Napheesa Collier’s mental health panel, a buzzer-beating pop-a-shot challenge. Every corner was designed to get guests moving, talking, and reflecting on what “full court health” really means.

The centerpiece of Goose’s New York pop-up was a ten-foot exclamation point, built to look mass-produced and shiny while holding up to close inspection.

The form is simpler than it looks, with the vertical bar standing 120” and tapering as it rises, seated above a round base. Under the paint is an 11-gauge steel armature carrying the load, wrapped in 3/4” MDF for the flat faces, with a kerf-cut dot that bends into a true cylinder instead of a faceted approximation. All of it finished in a singular yellow.

The magenta “BIG MODERN!” ribbon overflows from the top and pools on the floor. Behind the finish, it’s engineered to re-clamp and reset cleanly, so a touring build strikes and returns without a repaint.

The same material logic carried across the space: translucent yellow freezer flaps, mirrored acrylic, and full-coverage high-gloss vinyl, each chosen to sell “shiny and new” at arm’s length.

BIG MODERN! for Goose, New York.

A pop-up staged as satire on the commodification of artists: everything glossy, everything branded, everything content. 11E1even Group led the concept and creative direction, with Pendulum handling design and fabrication.

At the center, an oversized exclamation point in painted wood, with custom-printed ribbon overflowing from the top into a pile on the floor. High-gloss vinyl across every surface for the “shiny and new” effect. Custom translucent vinyl on the freezer flaps added to the clinical-but-colorful atmosphere, and mirrored acrylic welcomed fans to write their own reviews straight onto the walls.

Brushed aluminum panels, a stainless steel grate front, and a corrugated metal roof — we built the Nike USA x Virgil Abloh Archive booth at Soldier Field to read as one continuous, brutalist surface.

The roofline carries a hidden 9” pitch, built into the front face so the silhouette never breaks. And the twenty-eight flags on top swap in and out fast — no tools, no downtime. Each aluminum pole terminates in a welded connection plate, set at 80° and snapped onto a steel receiver. Twenty-four plates, three pole lengths, one repeatable system.

With RECESS STUDIOS leading spatial design, experience programming, and management, we fabricated the merch booth for the Nike USA x Virgil Abloh Archive drop at Soldier Field. Inspired by European football merch stands, the creative vision centered on brutalism, raw materials, and structural exposure. We framed it in wood to hit the silhouette exactly.

Steel grate over brushed aluminum panels. Corrugated roof with a hidden 9” pitch. Twenty-eight flags on quick-connect receivers. A vinyl sticker wall printed as single sheets, hand-weeded to give an individual, hand-applied look.

On the morning of the U.S. Men’s National Soccer Team’s send off match, the booth greeted fans eager to get their hands on the special collection of jerseys, rugby tops, polos, and more.

Pokémon GO turns 10 this year, and Chicago got the full treatment. We built out the GO Fest boutique at NEWCITY — window vinyl, exterior signage, interior wraps and wall decals, floating signage, and custom merch displays throughout.

For the 100 Thieves room, we designed and crafted custom pedestals for their Mega Mewtwo capsule collection. These monolithic displays provided a sharp contrast to the rest of the activation, while fitting right into the vision of the brands’ collaboration.

For the Flowasis, we designed and fabricated a fully custom traveling lounge built to deploy at festivals and deliver a high-impact brand experience from the ground up. The structure starts with a 20-foot shipping container. We then create an 18’ foot opening to act as a fold-out deck. A winch-and-aircraft-cable system routes through the ceiling framing to operate the deck — making it easy to secure for transport and open in minutes on site.

Interior highlights:

• A 9’ horseshoe bar with LED channels routed directly into the plywood and bending board construction with the winch system housed within the base

• A back wall of perforated metal layered with contoured wave panels, each carrying its own LED channel

• Two fully fabricated interior display walls, each built in seven layers including CNC-cut plywood ribs, milk plexi diffusers, and integrated monitor and speaker openings

• A curated headphone experience with playlists designed around the Rythm THC beverage line

Every system in this build was designed to travel, set up fast, while still feeling considered.
