Mardi Gras Chicago: Rheinischer Verein Karnevalsgesellschaft Rheinische Verein von Chicago The Karnevalsgesellschaft Rheinische Verein was established in 1890 by Germans from the Rheinland.

We are also known as Mardi Gras Society to gain a wider identity among everyone interested in the traditions of Karneval. We are a private club, but we always welcome new members to join.
