Individual artist rehearsals can be booked online.
All other studio rental requests can be submitted through our custom studio rental inquiry.

Red Clay Dance Center offers professional studio rentals for dancers, choreographers, and teaching artists who need room to actually work. ✨

Our studios are available for individual rehearsals, creative development, auditions, workshops, and group rentals.

Located in Woodlawn at 808 E. 63rd Street, near the CTA Green Line Cottage Grove station.

Individual studio rentals can be booked online with a 2-hour minimum. Group and event rentals can be requested through our rental inquiry form.

During Dunham with , participants in our 2026 Summer Intensive engaged with a tradition that extends far beyond choreography. Rooted in the groundbreaking work of Katherine Dunham, the technique reflects decades of cultural research, artistic innovation, and celebration of the African diaspora.

As artists explored its rhythms and movement vocabulary, they were also invited to consider the histories and communities that shaped them.

At Red Clay Dance Company, we believe that understanding where movement comes from deepens how we embody it and why it matters.
