vered “sub-pop” vintage recording console, sonic fidelity ensues. ethnomusikology began alongside critically acclaimed indie/pop group honest engines and as such, became a hub for artistic creativity within the tandem shop records family. through the collaborative efforts of these artists, the inklings of a more permanent installation began to coalesce. ethnomusikology exists to solicit moments of our time here, it seeks to understand what these moments mean and where they are headed. ethnomusikology believes that the underlying emotionality and humanism within musical artistry lies in the space between notes played.
