WELLS: A Chicago Stories Special, the story of the 19th-century crusading investigative journalist, civil rights leader, and passionate suffragist.

The Studebaker Theater before the first renovation. Due to the Iroquois Theatre fire in 1903, all Chicago theaters were retrofitted for fire escape plans. The attached 2nd and 3rd level balconies were changed to box seating as a result.
