We’ll open with meditation and somatic movement, then drop into a two-part rebirthing-style breath practice to deepen presence, soften stuck emotions, and cultivate space for our humanity— with time to reflect, connect, and ripple that love back out into the world.Come as you are — cold, tender, overwhelmed, hopeful — bring it all. You heard that right! Free Mvmt Shop is partnering with our sister company, to offer childcare!

Childcare is offered for all 4:15, 5:15, and weekend morning classes.

How it works: Register for the corresponding childcare drop off from our main schedule and register for your class at Free Mvmt Shop.

Your me time and their fun time, VoilĂ !

Pricing:
$18 per child per class for Non Members
$15 for Mover+Shaker Unlimited Members

Childcare bookings close 24 hours before class start time.

Please note, children must be able to use the bathroom on their own.

This free community event is a chance to reflect, dream, and set intentions as you create a visual roadmap for what you want to call in. Vision boards and craft materials will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring photos, magazines, quotes, or any personal items that inspire you.
