The midwest's premier hardcore punk and metal music festival, The Rumble is presented by Empire Productions, whose founder Shane Merrill has promoted and supported hardcore music in and around the Chicago area since 1997. Promoting over 30 shows per year as well as this annual showcase gives Empire the experience and knowledge needed to present the ultimate experience for supporters of true hardco
