Looking for something to do this weekend that the kids will love? Mosey on over to The Newport Theater for The Greatest Story Never Told, Saturdays & Sundays at 3:00 pm, February 16th - March 22nd.

So what's it all about? A hapless narrator can't find his storybook and learns the actors who were supposed to perform today are stuck in traffic. The solution? Have children in the audience volunteer to come on stage and help make up The Greatest Story Never Told! Along with the help of "The Greatest Interns", audience volunteers adorn silly costumes and create an original story based on audience suggestions. The interns are played by a rotating cast of professional adult improvisers who are adept at performing with children of any age or experience level. Each show is transformed into an actual storybook afterward.

We had so much fun at our opening show this past Sunday! 😁 We went from a castle where the desserts ran out, to a diamond mine in search of a rare gem, to the land of Icecreambagonia where after a never-ending commercial ad was placed, a distressed diamond daughter was able to be reunited with her missing pink diamond Dad, Ted! Thanks to everyone who made it out to the show! Tickets are available for this Saturday & Sunday - hope to see some of you there!
