Our curriculum prioritizes connection and full bodied, shame free, sensual exploration through an embodied approach to dance. We believe dance can be enjoyed by all regardless of your background. Our studio is a bright, welcoming space where you will be relentlessly encouraged as you progress at your own pace. Discover the freedom in your body and celebrate how you define strong and sexy for you. Pole dance is a marathon not a sprint, slow down and trust where your journey takes you.

Catalyst Immersion is not a hardcore pole fitness class. It’s a gentle blend of pole dance, floorwork, and sensual movement, where the focus is on self-exploration and reconnection.

We’ll spend 4 weeks together learning true beginner level skills. Our curriculum is thoughtfully curated to be a nurturing experience where you can let go, have fun, and discover the joy and freedom of reconnecting with your body, just for you, one movement at a time.

Absolutely zero experience required. Just show up with an open mind, we’ve got you from there 💜

Everyone works at their own pace and level of comfort, getting plenty of individual attention along the way.

This is a 4 week progressive series, each week builds on the last. Registration for week 1 automatically enrolls you in all 4 classes of the series.

If you have prior experience please reach out for placement in one of our Leveled Pole Classes.

New pair of heels have you feeling a bit wobbly? No worries, we’ve got you 💜
This class will increase your confidence and stability so you can smoothly move around the pole in heels, become more comfortable in weight transfers, make the most of your extensions, incorporate heel patterns in your walks and give you tools to increase efficiency of your movement.

All levels welcome! Although this class was created with beginners in mind, everyone can benefit from some extra time dedicated to refining your basics.

Despite our little social media break, we have a load of new ig friends, so it feels like a great time to (re)introduce ourselves.

What we do here is about you finding what’s right for you in your unique body and soul, gently introducing yourself to a new movement practice, exploring depth rather than a check list of tricks and levels.

This is a space to let go of everything else you have going on and nourish yourself for a bit.

Best of all, we get to do this with an amazing group of supportive likeminded people.

At the bare minimum, you deserve guilt free time solely to nurture yourself mind/body/soul 💜

What we do here isn’t about practicing and drilling skills that will make you “good” at pole.

Yes you’ll learn technique, but you get to take these skills and find your own way to express and explore, in a way that feels right for your unique body.

No keeping up, no having to dance like anyone else, just show up and take what you need, leave what you don’t, and come back home to you.
