This Yoga for Longevity class is designed to create a supportive and welcoming space for adults 50+ to reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, mobility work, balance, breath, and gentle strength building. Together, we will focus on maintaining vitality, increasing flexibility and stability, supporting joint health, and moving in ways that feel empowering and sustainable for everyday life.

Andrea Yang is a certified coach (ICF-PCC), facilitator, and former lawyer who integrates coaching and mindfulness practices to help people build clarity, resilience, and meaningful careers. She has worked with hundreds of professionals through one-on-one and group coaching and is passionate about making mindfulness accessible and relevant to everyday life.
