This sweater took years to come to be. I originally purchased yarn for it on my honeymoon in Dublin, intending to knit an aran sweater. But that yarn didn’t work out, so I repurposed it for another sweater while watching for the perfect wool to show off this gorgeous cable pattern. I finally found it on my trip to Brooklyn in 2025 and later that year knit it up into this sweater you see before you. Some things are just meant to be!
