As my business continues to grow, I’m looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to help me with proposal setups! 💍🤍
This would be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys decorating, events, and being part of creating really special moments for people.
What the job involves:
🤍 Picking up/bringing the necessary décor and supplies
🤍 Setting up the proposal according to the design/instructions provided
🤍 Making sure everything looks beautiful and picture-perfect before the client arrives
🤍 Being available nearby during the proposal in case anything is needed
🤍 Taking everything down and packing up afterward
🤍 Keeping the proposal a complete SECRET 🤫
📅 Weekend availability is a MUST! Most of my proposals take place on Saturdays and Sundays, although dates and times will vary depending on bookings.
Most proposals are in Chicago, so you must be comfortable driving into the city and navigating Chicago traffic. I do have some local proposals as well. 🚗
Clients book the proposal setup for a minimum of 2 hours, but the total time commitment will vary from event to event. Some events may take around 3 hours total, while others could be closer to 5 hours total, including setup, the client’s proposal time, cleanup, and drive time.
💰 Pay: $150 per event
🚗 Parking fees for Chicago events will be covered
📍 Mostly Chicago, with some local events
📅 Mostly weekends — availability is required
I’m looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, trustworthy, comfortable working independently, and has a good eye for detail. Experience with events or decorating is a plus, but definitely not required!
This is a great side gig for someone who enjoys creating beautiful setups and being part of those special moments. 🥰
