We are heartbroken to learn of the unexpected passing of long-time supporter and fan of The Buttcracker .volta Miss Dee was instrumental in the success of the show as we made a home at Volta Performing Arts Studio for rehearsals, production meetings, and creative collaboration. Her kindness, joy, and passion for the arts and dance was felt by everyone who walked through her doors. The Chicago arts scene is a little less bright without her glow.
