A Feldenkrais© Functional Integration Session: an individualized hands-on session with Practitioner, Taylor Mitchell. The session uses gentle and non-evasive touch to explore new movement patterns catered to the client. Clients often report feeling a significantly improved difference after these sessions in the direction of easier breathing, less tension, a lighter state, and feelings of being grounded relaxation. These sessions are catered to the client’s individual needs, unique to their experiences, all as an ongoing process to move through the world with an improved way of moving.
