*Chicago PD - Episode 1222 General Availability Form*
We're collecting submissions for Episode 1222 of Chicago PD - the SEASON FINALE! There are also a few featured / director-selected roles at the very bottom of this post. Make sure to still send in all the required info (listed below) and to use the subject line specified if you submit for a featured role.
This submission form is for general background roles, which means they're open to any gender, ethnicity, ages 18 and older. You must have graduated from high school and not be attending classes at the time of submission. If we have any roles available for minors, we'll post for that separately.
General background roles pay $129.60/8. The pay rate is a flat rate for any time worked up to 8 hours (it is not an hourly rate), with time + 1/2 after 8 hours. If we book you with your vehicle to be parked on set, there will be a $35 bump added to your pay. No red or white vehicles, please.

- PHOTOS: Please submit a headshot and a full length photo that reflects your current look/hairstyle. DO NOT APPLY FILTERS.
- TATTOOS: Please provide photos of ALL tattoos that can be seen in a short sleeve t-shirt. This includes face/neck, arms, and hands/fingers. If you do not have tattoos, state NO TATTOOS so we don't have to follow up and ask.
-AVAILABLE DATES: Please list all available dates between Wednesday 3/19 and Monday 3/31. We do not film on weekends (M-F only).
** Tuesday 3/25 will film in Calumet City, which is near the Illinois/Indiana border

Subject line: INTERNAL AFFAIRS DIVISION
Role: We are looking for background to play IAD officers, which are very clean cut and polished looking individuals, like an FBI Special Agent. Men must be CLEAN SHAVEN for this role.
This is open to any gender, any ethnicity, ages late 30s - early 60s.
You must submit a photo in a business professional outfit in order to be considered. This can be a suit or suit separates (dress pants, shirt & tie / blouse, jacket / blazer, etc).
Filming: Wednesday 3/19
Pay: $129.60/8 + $25 fitting bump (if applicable)

Role: We are looking for a Hispanic/Latinx male, late 20s - early 30s, who is the "muscle" for a drug operation.
**A NEW FACE WOULD BE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE**

Role: We are looking for a MALE to play a creepy inmate at a jail. This is open to any age (18+), any ethnicity. Start with Jeffrey Dahmer as the 'creepy' inspiration and go from there.
