Fill the air of this beautiful August Sunday with another vintage episode of WMPT: Classic Musicals from the Golden Age of Radio as we spotlight Kander and Ebb’s “Woman of the Year” starring Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy.. Artistic Director Michael Weber introduces a 1943 radio broadcast of this Tony Award-winning musical that originally starred Lauren Bacall in its original Broadway run and featured the hits “One of the Boys,” “Sometimes a Day Goes By” and “The Grass is Always Greener.”
