The Oneiric has some huge things brewing—and that means giant monsters are on the way.

For the past two months, I’ve been diving headfirst into large-scale sculpture, teaching myself as I go. These are my first two pieces (WIP), with three more in the works. For a first attempt, I’m pretty thrilled with how they’re coming together.

Paint hits the surface this weekend.

Free Sunday, June 9? If so, see me, my art and my band, Superheat, at The Alley's 48th Anniversary Block Party.

It's free and runs from 12 to 6 p.m. at The Alley, 2620 W Fletcher. There will be live music, Art Colony tours, vendors, a fashion show, some raffles and a car show/competition by the Hardcore Hearse Club of Chicago.
