We are trying to empty out the Framemaster building at 137 Kornegay Ct, so it can be sold. Sale today, Saturday, 6/18, noon till 4pm. It is with great sadness that I announce that FrameMaster will stop taking custom framing orders on July 16. We will remain open thru the summer to complete orders and have things picked up. I had hoped that someone would come forward to buy the business, so that FrameMaster could continue to operate-for another 20 to 30 years. But, there's been noticeably more interest in the building itself than the business. The business is still for sale-but, at this point I would like to sell the building and the business all as one package. It would be perfect for a photographer, an artist or a couple of artists who might want to join forces; or maybe an art teacher, who is not planning to teach this coming school year......
Actually, the building that FrameMaster is located in will be a great investment for the next owner. The address is 137 Kornegay Ct., Cheyenne, Wy.--which is 1/2 block to the east off Yellowstone across from Albertsons. It is app. 2200 square feet, has a large parking lot with plenty of off street parking and much more.

FrameMaster has been offering high quality custom picture framing in Cheyenne for 31 years. It is with mixed feelings that I post this, but the time has come for me to retire, for many reasons. This would be a great opportunity for someone to purchase a fully operational, very rewarding small business with a very loyal clientele. I really do hope that an interested buyer will come forward in the next few months and that FrameMaster will continue offering high quality custom framing in Cheyenne.
