Today I was downtown with my son and his girlfriend and we used a mural as a backdrop for a photo. I started thinking about how many times I have seen others use our murals for photo shoots. Many of these photos are very artistic...art on top of art. The goal of this page is to create a photo album of all of Cheyenne's beautiful murals and to encourage those who take their photo in front of one of these artistic images to be as creative as their back drop.

During these two weeks, the world is given the opportunity to vote for its favorite tank: the People's Choice. A committee of water tank enthusiasts then chooses 11 other finalists and considers them along with the People's Choice to decide the official Tank of the Year.

The Cheyenne Mural Program helps support business and property owners in the DDA District who wish to add mural art to the exterior of their downtown buildings. This program is meant to coordinate resources and provide financial support to assist eligible applicants in the process of designing to completing a mural art project for their downtown building.
