We are so proud of Sage!

Next up for introductions is our newest handler, Sage!

My name is Sage Scoggin, and I am from Cheyenne, Wyoming. I am a sophomore studying Animal Science with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary medicine, and plan to attend vet school after graduation.
I am a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, where I currently serve as the Public Relations Director. Outside of school, I volunteer for Cheyenne Frontier Days, having previously served as a Dandy and continuing this year as a member of the Color Guard.
A fun fact about me is that I currently serve as the Hell on Wheels Rodeo Queen, representing a local rodeo in my hometown. Growing up immersed in Wyoming’s western heritage has given me a deep appreciation for the traditions and values that Cowboy Joe represents.
Being a fourth generation UW legacy, I am honored to be a part of Cowboy Joe and am excited to contribute to the program while helping preserve the western spirit and traditions of the University of Wyoming! 🤎💛🤎💛🤎

Tonight we volunteered at the 2nd annual Boot Bash for the in . We are so grateful for the important work they are doing surrounding mental health and su***de prevention.

Sage received her Jae Boots in 2024 and Brynna will get hers this school year, as a Class of 2027 senior.

While we are committed to our , tonight Sage made an exception to sport her Jae Boots in support of an amazing cause!
