That’s a wrap on Fridays 2026, Cheyenne. 🖤
Before we turn off the lights on another summer, we want to take a moment to thank the people behind the scenes and everything they do to make Fridays on the Plaza possible.
It takes an army to make a Fridays season happen. An army of supporters, advocates, partners, problem-solvers, creatives, believers, and people willing to roll up their sleeves week after week because they believe in what happens when a community comes together in the name of live music.

To our Cheyenne Presents team: Kalena and Courtney, for shaping the creative vision for Fridays and curating an artist lineup that brought it all to life. Keefe and JoLynn, for capturing the magic so we can share it with all of you. Sydney for keeping us on track and managing the finances, and Aliea, our Event Coordinator, for somehow keeping all the moving pieces together every single Friday.
To our incredible tech crew: Chris, Kyle, Constanze, and the Back of House crew who work endlessly and tirelessly all summer long to make sure what happens on that stage is nothing short of spectacular, rain or shine.
And to our fearless leaders, Jason and Sam.
Sam has been serving this community for over 30 years with the City of Cheyenne and we couldn't be more grateful for him being the backbone of who we are.
And to Jason, without him, we’d still be standing around that little concrete platform dreaming about what Fridays could be. His dedication to this community is impossible to measure. He believed in an extraordinary vision and then spent years building it one idea, one artist, one stage, one Friday night at a time.
Fridays on the Plaza is what it is today because of his leadership and his unwavering commitment to this community.

Thank you for showing up.
For bringing your kids. For meeting your friends. For singing every word. For discovering a band you’ve never heard before. For grabbing dinner from a food truck, buying another round, staying for one more song, and coming back the next Friday to do it all over again. You are the reason we do this.
Another summer is in the books, but we’ll carry these nights with us long after the stage comes down. The friendships, the music, the community, and those fleeting moments that somehow become the memories we keep forever.
