You did it! $7,000 and then some.

131 households in Kent County, across the Eastern Shore, and beyond helped make payroll possible for five people this week.

We're not going to pretend we're on steady ground yet. We still have a line of credit to pay down and a very large hill to climb this year. The donation link below will remain open for anyone still interested in extending their support beyond our ask. But today, our people get paid, and that is entirely because of you.

Your incredibly generous support has been amazing, and we hope you'll continue that support through our Annual Appeal mailing later this year. There, we'll provide a clear picture of the budget challenges and opportunities that shaped this past year.

We need to raise $7,000 by this Sunday. Will you help us?

The Garfield Center for the Arts needs $7,000 by Sunday, August 16, to meet payroll for our five employees. Our costs have outpaced our revenue over several seasons. Our line of credit is fully drawn. This is where we are.

Seventy people giving $100 closes this gap. A hundred and forty people giving $50 closes it.
