We’re excited to introduce SPLIT HIP HOP CLASSES with Mrs. Sam!

This fall, dancers will train in age-appropriate groups:
✨11 & Under
✨12 & Over

Splitting the classes allows dancers to learn choreography and skills that are better suited to their age, ability, maturity and comfort level—while creating an environment where everyone can feel confident, challenged and comfortable being themselves! 🙌

Whether your dancer is brand new to hip hop or already loves hitting the studio, there’s a place for them at PHDC!

Prodigy brings together high-level training, college dance team preparation, and opportunities to connect with collegiate programs—and our PHDC dancers showed up ready to TRAIN, GROW & SHINE.

Today, we’re giving a special shoutout to Senior Company member Bridget and Junior Company member Rowan, who both earned scholarships during the weekend!

We couldn’t be prouder of these two and the way they represented PHDC. Keep chasing those dreams, Bridget & Rowan!

Taking care of yourself is one of the best ways to take care of your dance family!

We love how close everyone is at the studio, but as we head back to school, let’s remember to:
🧼 Wash hands
💧 Don’t share water bottles
🤧 Cover coughs & sneezes
🛌 Get plenty of rest
💦 Stay hydrated
🤒 Stay home when sick

✨ Our PHDC Team dancers are back in the studio! ✨

We were incredibly grateful to have our studio power restored Sunday, allowing our Team dancers to get back into the studio this week and kick off their annual Bootcamp as planned. 💜

We know many in our community are still without power and working to get back to normal after the storms, and our thoughts remain with everyone affected.

We’re looking forward to brighter days ahead and can’t wait to welcome back the rest of our PHDC dance family when Fall Session kicks off Monday, August 31!

💜Mindset Monday💜

At PHDC, we’re keeping everyone in our community who is still waiting for power—or waiting for life to feel “normal” again—close in our thoughts.

To our dancers who may be disappointed about missing the first day of school, time with friends, or their daily routines: it’s okay to feel frustrated. When things are hard, focus on what you can control. Find little ways to stay positive, stay connected, and keep moving forward.

Your routines will return, your friends will be there, and we can’t wait to have you back in the studio and together again!
