💃 **SUNDAY AT NOON — WE’RE TAKING OVER THE GROVE!** 🎶

Spirit Fest is about healing in all kinds of ways — and sometimes healing looks like moving your body, laughing, letting loose, and dancing like nobody’s watching.

Join us **Sunday, Sept. 20 at 12:00 noon in the Grove** for **Dance Aerobics with Bevin!**

This fun, energetic **30-minute class** is all about:
✨ Body positivity
✨ Inner-child healing
✨ Joyful movement
✨ Showing up exactly as you are

No dance experience required. No perfect moves required. No judgment. Just come ready to move, breathe, laugh, and have some fun.

⏰ **12:00 Noon**
