Chester Light and Sound Show The former Chester NE school lights up with syncronized sound to create a great family show All shows are free, but donations are graciously accepted.

Since 2007, the Chester Light and Sound Show has become a local tradition during the holidays of Halloween and Christmas. Visitors park in front of the school, tune their radio to 90.7 and enjoy the show. HALLOWEEN:
This isn't your typical Haunted House- The Center of Creativity and the Art Department have created this hauntingly Halloween Experience for you at the Chester School . You don't get t

o walk through the dark halls of the school waiting for Farley Wacken to jump out at you with a yard stick in hand! (that was a long time ago!)

Instead! You get to park your vehicle out front and tune in your FM radio to 90.7 at the top of the hour and enjoy
the lights and sounds of
an Edgar Allen Poe poem, The Raven,
read by Christopher Walken. CHRISTMAS:
- over 16,000 Christmas lights - mostly LED
- 4,000 feet of wire
- 96 computer controlled channels
- 1 FM audio transmitter
- 1 computer
- 1 visionary artist
all come together to bring you your favorite holiday tunes. Bigger and better than last year! This year's production features a
45 minute program that will run continuously from 6pm until 10pm. each night from December 1st
thru January 3rd.
