Peanut Butter in chili???….yes or no?bring your unique chili on Feb 17th!!! or just come and taste everyone else’s!

I eliminated beans from my standard chili recipe and added peanut butter and peanuts just for fun. Wow, was it amazing! I tried it on my family and everyone loved it. —Nancy Heishman, Las Vegas, Nevada

Chili On!...what an event! The weather was a little overcast but not too cold , while ~ 400! people enjoyed some tasty chili, great music and an all-around good time at the Chilly Chili Cook-off in the parking lot of Chester Park last Saturday! The ice carvers spent 4 hours sculpting nearly 1000 lbs of ice and Senior Chili even made an appearance.
Thanks to all who came out to taste and the amazing chili teams!
And a HUGE thanks to our major sponsors, Feather River Tourism Association who sponsored our ice carver and Diamond Mountain Casino.

Today’s the day! Come get tastes of multiple GREAT tasting chilis. like yours with beans? We got ‘em! Without beans…we got ‘em! And plenty to wash it all down with. While listening to some great live music and watching 3 huge blocks of ice turned into an amazing sculpture . Today at Chester Park 1 pm to 4 pm…tickets available at the door😋

Looks like this now…….but wait till Saturday! 12 delicious chili teams so far, music, ice carving, s’mores (for the young & young at heart!) and a drink booth….hot & cold, ”leaded” AND “unleaded”.
Tickets available at the event or avoid the line and sign up online-to taste OR have a team. It’s not too late!!! !
