Nicole began dancing at the age of 5 and spent many years as a competitive dancer. She later went on to teach dance and tumbling, working with students of all ages and helping them develop strong technical foundations, confidence, and a love for the performing arts.

Nicole is passionate about helping dancers reach their full potential while fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment. She strives to inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for dance in every student she teaches.

Linsey O’Neal moved back to New York City after living in Los Angeles and is currently a performer, teacher and choreographer. Some of her favorite performing credits include the MTV’s Video Music Awards with Ariana Grande, performing with James Corden, Kevin Hart, at Radio City Music Hall, Lincoln Center and The Javits Center in NYC.

She was a company member of Chloe Arnold’s Apt 33 and was a dancer with Dana Foglia Dance. Television credits include: Fox and Friends, The View, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, and Good Morning America, as well as commercials for Comcast and Crowd Tilt. Linsey’s choreography has been featured at The Astaire Awards, NYC Festival of Dance, LA County Fair, Broadway Care’s Nothing Like a Dame, and the OC Fair, and was the assistant choreographer at The 2018 Chita Rivera Awards.

Linsey loves to teach and share her passion with dancers and student worldwide. She has taught across the US, including guest classes for the Dana Foglia Dance Mentorship programs, Steps on Broadway, and at Conventions across the country. She is currently on faculty at Platinum Dance Experience, The Collective and Turn it Up! Conventions. In addition, she has taught internationally at the Dassain Camp at BlinkNow in Nepal, at Tap Festival UK, and in Montreal, Canada. Linsey is always excited to teach and choreograph at the Art of Dance!

Ainsley began her dance training in Connecticut, where she trained extensively in all styles with a strong focus in tap, ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. Throughout her 14 years as a competitive dancer, she became known for her versatility, movement quality, and attention to detail. Tap being one of her strongest styles, Ainsley has had the opportunity to work with Maud Arnold from the Syncopated Ladies. She has also had the privilege of working with choreographers such as Rudy Abreu, Courtney Schwartz, and Evan DeBenedetto.

Ainsley graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree. Alongside teaching and traveling, she continues to pursue her passion for dance and education along the East Coast working with studios. She is also a proud member of Heart Dance Company, a contemporary based company, directed by Matthew Fata. Ainsley has been a PRO with Heat Convention & Competition for 4 seasons!

Ayele Hyde is NYC/NJ based dancer and choreographer. She is currently a senior at High Point University, pursuing a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Dance. Born and raised in Jersey City, N.J., she attended High Tech High School as dance major, where she was able to pursue her passion in dance both physically and academically.

In addition to this, Ayele has also danced at Next Step Broadway JC since 2015. She has received training in Modern, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary and Hip-Hop. Her favorite style would have to be jazz and hip-hop, as she believes they are the perfect mix of technical and expressive. Ayele has been teaching since she was 2021, when she grew a passion for sharing her knowledge with dancers who are eager to learn.

She has taught all styles, including singing and acting, as well as all ages. After she has graduated, Ayele hopes to continue to teach and share her passion for dance with the younger generation that is to come.

John Potash has over 17 years of dance experience, beginning his training at The Art of Dance, where he was a long-standing member of the competitive team. He continued his dance education at the College of William & Mary, specializing in Horton technique and performing with the Orchesis Modern Dance Company.

Currently, he dances at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, where he competes with both the contemporary and hip hop teams. John looks forward to further developing his skills as both a dancer and instructor during his final year of university.

She graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with honors with degrees in Performance Studies, Psychology, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health. As a dancer and choreographer, some of her fondest artistic experiences include performing with the late and great Gregg Russell’s Tap Sounds Underground and touring with his company, Tap Into the Network; earning a grant toward putting on her own show through DM Arts Fest; and curating the NYC Studio Series, a community arts initiative in New York City aiming to provide affordable dance classes and opportunities for artists.

Hadar travels throughout the country, teaching, choreographing, and judging, passing on her knowledge and unique perspective. It is a gift for her to see how dance can empower and improve people’s well-being, on and off the stage. Recent credits include Dixon Place, Dance Lab’s 2024 Tap Dance Project, “54” at Arts on Site. She will be starting her Masters of Social Work in the fall at Fordham University, where she is excited to gain more psychological, educational, and community organization knowledge to bring back into the dance world.

Born in El Salvador and raised in Southern California, Hector started as a gymnast & dancer by the age of 8, and began working in professional musical theatre by 14.

Favorite California credits include Glendale/Long Beach & Riverside CLO, The Young Americans, & Aladdin at Disneyland. Immediately after dancing for Royal Caribbean, Norwegian & Celebrity Cruise Lines, and “Imagine” in Las Vegas, moved to NYC and continued training and working along side some of NYC’s most influential teachers and choreographers. Shortly after began teaching for Joffrey NYC, as well as countless studios across North America.

Favorite performance credits include:Shakira MTC VMAs, Guiding Light, All My Children, Latin Grammys, Miss Saigon, West Side Story, A Few Good Men…Dancin’ European Tour, Radio City Spectacular, PaperMill Playbouse, countless industrials and commercial work.

Currently on tour for BTFP and hosting Jump Dance Convention.
